Job Summary:

We’re looking for a new and important role at this formative time in our company’s growth trajectory. Sitting on the leadership team, the Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for research, development, and implementation surrounding effective recruiting and staffing strategies. In this exciting era of genomics and precision medicine, Gene By Gene/myDNA is disrupting healthcare as it embarks on its global expansion strategy! We need a Corporate Recruiter to assist in this rapid growth expansion.

Job Functions:

  • Attracting suitable candidates nationwide through databases, online employment forums, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Collaborate with the HR Coordinator to successfully accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Coordinates interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, and other pertinent details.
  • Trains/coaches managers and selection committee members on interviewing techniques.
  • Manages assigned employment requisitions to include but not limited to reviewing, editing, and final approval of completed requisition.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Preferably 7 + years of managing all recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Experience with interviewing and applying behavioral assessment techniques.
  • Experience with different types of ATS.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite preferred.
