Job Summary:

Performs data entry of client demographic information and other clerical or administrative tasks as needed.

Job Functions:

  • Enters client demographic information from written forms into the computer.
  • Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
  • Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
  • Verify data and make any necessary changes to records.
  • Performs additional clerical, administrative, and organizational tasks in the office as needed.

Skills:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous work experience in an office or clerical environment.
  • Good computer and administrative skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to perform data entry efficiently with speed and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to understand and quickly implement instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to complete routine tasks and adhere to procedure with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
