It occurs in two phases:
Phase I: Enzymes modify toxins, preparing them for phase II. This involves enzymes like CYP1A1,CYP1A2, CYP1B1, CYP2A6, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, and CYP3A4, which modify toxins for further processing.

- Order a kit from the Gene by Gene Nucleus Portal
- Your kits will be sent directly to you
- The patient completes a simple cheek swab at your clinic
- Register your patients kit and complete payment on the
Nucleus Portal - Insert the test sample in the envelope provided and drop in any USPS mailbox
- The report is sent directly to you to discuss with your patient
