Order a kit from the Gene by Gene Nucleus Portal
Your kits will be sent directly to you
The patient completes a simple cheek swab at your clinic
Register your patients kit and complete payment on the

Insert the test sample in the envelope provided and drop in any USPS mailbox
The report is sent directly to you to discuss with your patient
